Refund policy

Payments for Pick For Two are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who issues invoices and processes refunds on our behalf. To request a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt or contact support@pickfortwo.com. Last updated: 2 July 2026.

EU/EEA right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Pick For Two delivers digital access immediately. When you complete checkout you accept Paddle's Buyer Terms, which include your consent to immediate access and your acknowledgement that the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once access begins.

Subscriptions

• Renewals: cancelling from the Billing page stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not generally refund a period already started, except where required by law or at our discretion.

Token packs

Packs are prepaid, consumable Tokens. Unused Tokens may be refundable at our discretion; consumed Tokens are not refundable. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Faulty service

If you were charged in error or the service did not work as described, contact us and we will put it right, including a refund where appropriate.
