Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pick For Two ("the service"), operated by Aleksa Bajčetić, Serbia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms. Last updated: 3 July 2026.

The service

Pick For Two helps two people shortlist and agree on products by adding links, voting, and viewing matches. Some features require a paid Pro plan or prepaid Token packs (see the pricing page).

Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Payments, billing, and renewals

• Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who is the seller of record for your purchase and issues your invoice. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
• Pro subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown at checkout, until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the Billing page or via the link on your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Token packs are one-off, prepaid, and consumable. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect a period already paid for.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to break the service, and do not use it to add unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
